PACTARIA
AboutPatricia Aira · Founding partner

I didn't come to law to
practise a profession.
I came to understand how organisations are built.

I am Patricia Aira, commercial lawyer, Doctor of Law and university lecturer. For more than twenty years I have worked at the intersection of business, innovation, internationalisation and knowledge, collaborating with organisations that operate beyond a single jurisdiction.

In her own words
I have always been more interested in helping build agreements than managing conflicts once they are inevitable.

Manifesto · Pactaria Legal

We believe that law should help build companies. Not limit itself to solving problems once they have appeared.

We work with startups, innovative companies, investors and international projects that need solid structures to grow. We are interested in ideas that evolve, businesses that transform and people who dare to build something of their own.

That is why we combine commercial law, business strategy, international vision and a deep vocation for sharing knowledge. Because we believe understanding is as important as advising.

We are not a traditional law firm. Nor do we want to be one.

We believe in long-term relationships, in close advice and in legal solutions that work in the real world. But we also believe in explaining, teaching and contributing to the development of the business and entrepreneurial ecosystems we work with.

Because behind every transaction, every agreement and every legal decision there is something more important: people building the future.
