Trajectory as narrative

A career told in chapters.

My professional experience has developed in very diverse environments: law firms, institutions linked to business internationalisation, entrepreneurship support programmes, business organisations, universities and innovation projects. That journey has allowed me to observe organisations from complementary perspectives: legal, business, academic and strategic. That is why I understand law as a tool at the service of building and evolving companies. Not as an end in itself.

Over the years I have specialised in matters related to commercial law, investment, corporate governance, business financing and internationalisation. However, my work has never consisted solely of drafting contracts or solving legal issues. It consists of helping create structures capable of sustaining growth. Because behind every shareholders' agreement, every corporate transaction or every international expansion process there is always a business reality that must be understood before it can be advised.

Academic and outreach activity has accompanied my entire professional career. I have participated as a lecturer, researcher, speaker and author in different programmes, universities and executive education environments. I firmly believe that understanding is as important as advising. That is why an essential part of my work consists of translating complex issues into useful tools for those who make business decisions. Education and Insights were born precisely from that conviction.

Pactaria emerged as the natural consequence of a career built around a simple idea: the law works better when it helps build. The firm integrates legal experience, business vision, international vocation and knowledge transfer to accompany companies, startups, investors and organisations that need solid structures to grow. It is not a break with my previous journey. It is its natural evolution.

We are not a traditional law firm. Nor do we want to be one.
